The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Openworked celebrates the craftsmanship that normally stays hidden behind the dial. In this openworked, or skeletonised, model the material of the movement is removed until only the essential remains, after which every part is hand-finished, refined and engraved. The mechanism itself becomes the decor, framed by the Royal Oak's iconic octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet. It is haute horlogerie in its purest form, where engineering and art become one. Executed in steel with an integrated bracelet, a play of light and mechanics.
